Ready For Baby!

Here are some more pictures of the nursery. It is almost done...we still have a few things to hang on the walls, but other than that we are ready for this baby to arrive whenever he or she is ready!

being parents! :) A few weekends ago (before the tailgate...my posts are a little out of order), Pat and I watched Alex Todd Saturday morning until Sunday afternoon while Kelly and Joe attended a wedding down in Evansville. We had a great time "practicing" and playing with Alex. Here are a few cute pictures while we were hanging out.

Phi Mu Reunion

We had a great weekend with the Phi Mu sisters! We had a little reunion/tailgate down in Bloomington and it was a blast! It was a little warm for a September tailgate, but we managed. :) Thanks to everyone who was able to make it.

Too Cute To Be Angry...

So I was looking for Owen this morning and decided to check the nursery as that is where he has been hanging out lately. Well, normally I find him asleep on the floor in the sun, but look what I found today. I really don't want him in that chair too much, but he was just too precious to move! :)

Couples Baby Shower

Our good friends - Kelly & Joe Todd, Cindy & Vince Todd and Sue & Nick Willis - went above and beyond last Friday night and threw Pat, Baby Murphy and I a wonderful Couples Baby Shower. We ate wonderful food, played fun games and enjoyed great company. We are very blessed to have such great friends and thank everyone for coming...and for the generous gift (our jogging stroller!). Thank you to the Todd's, Todd's and Willis' for a great evening...you guys are the best! :)

More Nursery...

We finally had our nursery furniture delivered and WE LOVE IT! :) Here are some basic pictures before we decorate and stuff...ENJOY!

Our dear friends, Sue and Nick Willis, welcomed their first child...Carter Harrison Willis on Monday August 27th! He arrived 8 days past his due date so you can imagine with the August heat his parents, especially his Mom, were very ready to meet him. BABYMOON - Amelia Island, FL

Pat and I were very fortunate to be able to take a little trip before our lives our changed forever in October! We spent 4 days down in beautiful Amelia Island, FL. If anyone is looking for a little get away...we recommend this place! We pretty much relaxed by the pool and ate great food for 4 straight days. It was great to spend some quality time together and we had a blast!

Indianapolis Baby Shower

Thank you to Kate McGowan and Eileen Countryman for hosting a beautiful baby shower for me in Indianapolis on August 26th. It was a gorgeous day and everyone had a blast! It was so great to see everyone and we appreciate the generous gifts for Baby Murphy. Can't wait for everyone to meet he or she (although the game at the shower is pointing towards ALL GIRL) in a few months! :)
